Eligibility Section
To be eligible for coverage the applicant -
- Must be a Texas resident and legal US citizen
- Must not be an expectant parent (male or female)
- Must not have received treatment, or advised to seek treatment, for a major medical condition in the last 10 years
- Tobacco users get to pay an extra 25 percent
